The WL-116 is a single point load cell manufactured from high-strength aluminum alloy, offering a wide capacity range from 5kg up to 200kg. This single point load cell features high precision with optional C3 or C4 accuracy classes and excellent rated output consistency, enabling multiple units to be used in parallel.
With a combined error of 0.01%F.S., non-linearity of 0.017%F.S., and repeatability of 0.01%F.S., this single point load cell delivers outstanding measurement accuracy. Its rated output is 2.0±0.05mV/V, zero balance is ±0.2%mV/V, and insulation resistance is ≥5000MΩ/100VDC. Recommended excitation is 5~15 VDC, ensuring stable performance across various industrial environments.
The WL-116 single point load cell provides IP68 protection as standard, with customizable options available. It operates within a wide temperature range of -30°C to 70°C, and nominal displacement is less than 0.4mm. The standard cable is Φ5.4mm × 4000mm, with custom lengths available. Safe overload is 150%F.S.
